Fall camp kicked off last week for numerous teams around the state, including several in The News Courier’s coverage area — with the season set to open on August 22.

Key Returners: Dawson Mewbourn, JT Winter, Ethan Reece, Aron Gonzalez, Trey McWilliams, Preston Moore, Travis McCluskey, Logan Mitchell

Quick Hitter: Preston Moore, last year’s All-County Defensive MVP, returns to anchor the defense. Moore racked up 61 tackles, 67 assisted tackles, five tackles for loss and a defensive touchdown last season.
