Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported arrests on the following charges Tuesday.

• chemical endangerment- child abuse, obstructing justice using a false identity, two counts obstruction of governmental operations, possession of a pistol by a violent felon, second-degree possession of marijuana, first-degree possession of drug paraphernalia, third-degree domestic violence- reckless

• possession of controlled substance- heroin
County Thefts
Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Tuesday.
• Ardmore- third-degree burglary: three Makita drills, three TVs, Craftsman lawnmower, weight bench and weights, chair, telescope, skillsaw, July 20-22, $1,200, 25000 block Davis Avenue
• Athens- first-degree theft: Case IH 844 corn head, Case IH 964 corn head, log chain, July 22, $7,400, 21000 block Edgewood Road

The Athens Police Department reported arrests on the following charges Tuesday.
• failure to appear- driving under the influence
• obstructing governmental operations, fourth-degree theft of services, public intoxication
• driving under the influence
• driving under the influence, certain persons forbidden to possess firearm
• failure to appear- drivers license suspended
• driving under the influence
• failure to appear- no drivers license
City Thefts
The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Tuesday.
• third-degree theft of property, Samsung Galaxy S21 cell phone, July 22, $900, 200 block French Farms Blvd.
• unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, brown wallet and contents, July 22, $60, 1200 block N. Hine Street
