The Athens Gators swim team competed in the Sewanee Race League Championship earlier this month, placing third out of 10 talented squads.
The Gators had 53 swimmers participate in the meet — with several securing strong finishes — and will now turn their attention to this week’s ARPA state championship in Opelika.
