PAWS at the Park dog walk scheduled for downtown Athens

The Limestone Child Advocacy Center announced the upcoming PAWS at the Park dog walk event, scheduled 9 a.m.-noon Saturday, Sept. 14, at Big Spring Park in Athens.This family friendly event invites dog lovers and their furry companions to join in a one-mile stroll through the historic downtown Athens area, followed by a vibrant festival filled with exciting activities and games tailored for both dogs and their owners.
All proceeds from the PAWS at the Park dog walk will directly benefit the Limestone Child Advocacy Center’s essential mission of providing support and resources to children and families affected by abuse and neglect. By participating in this event, the first of its kind in Limestone County, attendees will contribute to a cause dedicated to helping those in need within our community.
