— Elkmont- third-degree robbery, Cannon 360 Power Shot camera, May 6, $200, 2800 block AL Hwy 99.

— Athens- fourth-degree theft, purse and contents, May 1, $30, 10000 block Lentzville Road.

— Athens- first-degree theft, 2013 black Nissan Xterra, April 30, unknown value, 22000 block Elkton Road.

— Harvest- third-degree theft, red Honda Predator generator, May 7, $1,200, 14000 block Ravenel Drive.

— Athens- fourth-degree theft, pink and white bull whip, April 21- May 3, $150, 19000 block Meadows Road.

— third-degree retail theft, general merchandise, May 7, $190.14, 2300 block S. Lindsay Lane.

City Incidents

The Athens Police Department reported the following incidents Wednesday.

— second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, plastic prescription bottle containing a small amount of marijuana and a black plastic marijuana grinder containing a small amount of marijuana, May 8, 1300 block US Hwy 72.
