The Athens Police Department reported arrests on the following charges Tuesday.

– failure to appear: disorderly conduct, resisting arrest

City Property Crimes

The Athens Police Department reported the following property crimes Tuesday.

– fourth-degree theft of property, multi-color adult Lascoota kick scooter with a basket on front, April 29, $80, 1400 block East Elm Street

– fourth-degree theft of property, vehicle key fob and assorted keys, April 29, $200, 500 block S. Clinton Street
