• Athens- second-degree theft, US currency, Mar. 13-14, $2,300, 22000 block Flanagan Road

• Tanner- fourth-degree theft, Apple Pod Pro, Nov. 23- Mar. 19, $150, 16000 block Goode Road

The Athens Police Department reported arrests on the following charges Wednesday.

• fourth-degree theft of property

• fourth-degree theft of property

• failure to appear: drivers license revoked, switched tag, no insurance, no drivers license

• failure to appear- no drivers license

• driving under the influence
