• possession of controlled substance, first-degree possession of drug paraphernalia
• first-degree possession of drug paraphernalia, attempting to elude by motor vehicle, speeding
• third-degree receiving stolen property
• third-degree domestic violence- harassment
• second-degree assault
• interference with custody
• two counts illegal possession of prescription drugs, second-degree criminal mischief, unauthorized use of other vehicle- no force
• drug trafficking

• Athens- breaking and entering of vehicle, red Craftsman leaf blower, red Milwaukee saw, Kobalt tool set, Mar. 2, $580, 17000 block US Hwy 72
City Arrests
The Athens Police Department reported arrests on the following charges Wednesday.
• second-degree theft of property, identity theft
• third-degree criminal trespass, fourth-degree theft of property
• first-degree possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of a controlled substance
• failure to appear: drivers license revoked, no seatbelt, expired tag
