New Starbucks in plans for Hwy 31 development

Construction vehicles sit on the site of the new Starbucks location on U.S. Hwy 31 in Athens.

Ming Commercial Real Estate Group announced new construction of outparcel development at the Publix at MidTown Centre on Hwy 31 in Athens.

The first announced business in the 7,000-square-foot space will be Starbucks taking up 2,500-square-feet itself. It will be in the company’s new large format according to Ming CRE Group. Two other tenants will be located in the development and will be announced soon.
