Athens Police having internet, phone issues

- The Athens Police Department is announcing its Athens Community Eagle Watch Program to help gather video footage.
The Athens Police Department is experiencing internet and phone issues, according to a post on the city’s Facebook page.
The post also notes other departments are having problems. The city says IT is working on the issue.
