Joshua Alexander McKinney, 32, of Athens is being held in the Limestone County Detention Center after his arrest for distribution of a controlled substance and for other outstanding warrants. His bond has been set at $17,000.

On March 16, 2022, the Limestone County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division and Sheriff Joshua McLaughlin conducted a narcotics operation that resulted in probable cause to arrest McKinney.
