Police lights blue

The Athens Police Department is investigating an armed robbery at GameStop on U.S. 72, Police Chief Floyd Johnson confirmed.

The chief could provide little information Monday night, but said no one was hurt in the incident. He said police are searching for at least two suspects who were armed with guns.

Johnson said more information would be released as it becomes available.
