The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Wednesday:
• Darryl Fancher, 31, of 1400 block Tidwell Street, Cullman, driving under the influence of alcohol
• Brooke Lashaye Carroll, 36, of 200 block McClellan Street, Athens, violation of terms of Limestone Community Corrections Program on previous conviction for possession of a controlled substance and first-degree possession of a forged instrument
• Jodi Lynn Strang, 49, of 1500 block U.S. 72, Athen, fourth-degree theft of property
• Calvin Devonte Tolliver, 24, of unknown address, probation violation on previous conviction for second-degree possession of marijuana
• April Gayle Boyett, 32, of 21000 block Piney Chapel Road, Athens, probation violation on previous conviction for third-degree domestic violence – harassment
• William A. Futrell, 35, of 13000 block L&M Acres Drive, Athens, bond revoked on previous charge of third-degree domestic violence – reckless endangerment
• Aleia Jean Johnson, 38, of 500 block Wright Street, Athens, probation violation on previous conviction for second-degree possession of marijuana
• Jamie Marie Yager, 31, of 27000 block Oak Crest Drive, Athens, bond revoked on previous charge of public intoxication
County thefts
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following theft Wednesday:
• ATHENS — Medications valued at $1 stolen June 23 or 24, 10000 block Poplar Point Road (reported July 2)
City arrests
The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Wednesday:
• Lester Jones Cowards, 23, of 400 block Fredrica Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi, third-degree domestic violence – harassment
• Scotty Joe Campbell, 52, of 22000 block New Garden Road, Elkmont, public intoxication
City thefts
The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Wednesday:
• Miscellaneous merchandise valued at $41.50 stolen July 2, 1000 block U.S. 72 East
• Aiwa home audio speaker, JVC camcorder, Murray 450 21-inch push mower, chest freezer and red plastic gasoline can, total $334, stolen July 2, 600 block Sixth Street
