Linley King Higginbotham, 5, of Decatur, won Tiny Miss Rodeo 2019 at the 37th annual Limestone Sheriff’s Rodeo on Friday. Higginbotham is the daughter of David and Anna Higginbotham. She recently graduated from prekindergarten and will attend kindergarten in the fall. Her mom said she loves horses, fishing, dancing and playing with her little brother, Banks.
