East Limestone had an early lead but couldn’t hold on against Brewer in an 11-4 loss Tuesday afternoon.

The Indians scored four runs in the top of the second inning to take a 4-0 lead, but Brewer answered with 11 straight runs, including five in the bottom of the third.

Allie Drake and Kaci Sharp both hit two-run home runs in the top of the second to drive in all four of East Limestone’s runs.

Drake finished the game with two hits, while Madison Watkins also had two hits for the Indians. Olivia Crouch, Cassidy Sowell and Preslei Williams also had hits for East Limestone.
