• Colt Wheeler Burney, 36, of 1814 Old Moulton Road, Decatur, grand jury indictments on previous charges of two counts third-degree burglary

• Kathy Grant Terry, 56, of 900 Fraizer St., Athens, warrant for fourth-degree theft

• Russell Wayne McDonald, 63, of 19585 McDonald Lane, Tanner, felony DUI (alcohol)

• Tabitha Senier Binford, 33, of 3303 Bob Wallace Ave., Huntsville, probation violation for previous conviction of second-degree possession of forged instrument

• Katyra Mykel Hogan, 25, of 2274 Maple Ave., Florence, public intoxication

• Alejandro Roberto Matias, 27, of 3800 SW Squaw Valley Dr., Huntsville, second-degree possession of marijuana

• Whitney Lane Bullington, 32, of 25679 Cabbage Ridge Road, Elkmont, probation violation for previous conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia

• Preston Cody Wallace, 27, of 28422 Countryside Circle, Ardmore, warrant for reckless endangerment

• Dylan Joseph Crumbley, 19, of 11740 Neely Road, Athens, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree possession of marijuana

• Kimberly Faye Johns, 58, of 16521 Alabama 251, Athens, fourth-degree theft and public intoxication

• Pamela Renee Scott, 41, of 27685 Thach Road, Athens, using false identity to obstruct justice, possession of drug paraphernalia, probation violation on previous conviction of DUI (alcohol) and grand jury indictment on previous charge of felony DUI (alcohol)

• Rhonda Leighann Boyette, 46, of 104 Overdale Court, Madison, warrants for two counts torture/willful abuse of a child

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Monday:

• ATHENS — Greenworks pressure washer valued at $300 stolen between April 11 and 12, 21000 block Bean Road West

• ATHENS — Fossil wallet valued at $50, Redstone Federal Credit Union credit card valued at $20, Alabama drivers license valued at $32, Social Security card valued at $30 and U.S. currency valued at $100 stolen between April 10 and 11, 17000 block Blackburn Road

• ELKMONT — Unauthorized use of a gray 2014 Chevrolet Impala valued at $3,000 between April 11 and 13, 25000 block Cabbage Ridge Road

• ATHENS — Six figures valued at $6, five Bic lighters valued at $20, Rachel Ray cat food valued at $6.95, five Glade mist sprays valued at $25, four Tru-living candles valued at $4, Uncle Matt’s orange juices valued at $1.95, choclate bar vlaued at $1, Mr. Clean cleaner valued at $3, All detergent valued at $5, Palmolive dish soap valued at $2, paper plates valued at $3.75, flip-flops valued at $4, Good-n-fun dog treats valued at $12, Renuzit air freshener valued at $3.55, Glade air freshener valued at $1.80, two Starburst candy valued at $4 and shoes valued at $4 stolen April 14, 16000 block Alabama 251
