Centers are open 7:30 a.m.–1 p.m.
Mondays through Thursdays. Centers close at 12:30 p.m. Fridays.
Menus
Monday: Meatloaf with tomato gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, bread, oatmeal raisin cookie, grape juice, milk;
Tuesday: Ham and potato casserole, green lima beans, carrots, fresh fruit, Italian bread, white cake, milk;
Wednesday: Macaroni and cheese, black-eyed peas, mixed greens, cornbread, chocolate pudding, blended juice, milk or buttermilk.

Thursday: Lemon pepper chicken breast, rice pilaf, Italian flat beans and red peppers, bread, fudge round, blended juice, milk; and
Friday: Hamburger with lettuce, tomato and onion, baked beans, potato salad, hot peach cobbler, milk or chocolate milk.

• Council on Aging has a program through Senior Rx that helps residents 55 or older or disabled acquire their prescriptions free. Call Carla Sims at 256-233-6412.
• Fun Fest will be May 8 at Sharon Johnston Park. Rain date is May 9. T-shirts are on sale now for $14. Orders should be placed by April 5 at your senior center or at the Council on Aging office at 503 S. Jefferson St., Suite A. Advanced tickets may be purchased at the COA office for $3, or $4 at the gate.
