• Magan Ann Cooper, 33, of 21025 Johnson Road, Athens, identity theft

• Ezra Cortez Harper, 28, of 2115 Central Parkway SW, Apt. A, Decatur, grand jury indictment on charge of first-degree financial exploitation of elderly

• Joseph Tyler Knipper, 47, of 14736 U.S. 72, Athens, harassment

• Andrew Michael Renew, 25, of 23167 Mooresville Road, Athens, first-degree theft

• Timothy Alan Humphrey, 56, of 13231 Sugar Plum Lane, Madison, second-degree possession of marijuana

• John Joseph Sprain, 35, of 23735 Norman Lane, Elkmont, probation violation on previous conviction for possession of drug paraphernalia – first offense, possession of a controlled substance and using false identity to obstruct justice

• Farrah Hope Michael, 30, of 20934 Elkton Road, Athens, bond revoked on previous charge of possession of a controlled substance

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following theft Wednesday:

• ATHENS — $80 in cash stolen between March 25 and 29 in 14000 block New Cut Road

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrest Wednesday:

• Chase Garland Overton, 25, of 100 E. Sanderfer Road, Athens, fourth-degree theft of property and second-degree possession of marijuana

The Athens Police Department reported the following theft Wednesday:

• Multipack of earrings valued at $5.32 stolen April 3, 1000 block U.S. 72 East
