County arrests
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Tuesday:
• Jason Michael Klimek, 36, of 2623 Blue Springs Road, Huntsville, bond revocation on a previous conviction of driving under the influence
• Dhalquistiere Eichelberger Jr., 28, of 24743 Makani Lane, Madison, probation violation on a previous conviction of destruction of public property by a prisoner
County thefts
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following theft Tuesday:
• ATHENS — $80 in currency stolen between Jan. 25 and Jan. 29, 14000 block New Cut Road
City arrests
The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:
• Emily May Howell, 60, of 1216 Grace St., Huntsville, public intoxication
• Carlos Antwoine Royles, 38, of 1400 Acorn Hill Circle, Athens, giving false name to law enforcement and probation violation on a previous conviction of second-degree assault
City thefts
The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts and incidents Tuesday:
• Passenger door of a Chevrolet 1500 truck, total $400, damaged due to criminal mischief April 1, 700 block Jackson Drive
• Four large potted mums, total value $75, and 15 small potted mums, total value $24.95, stolen between Oct. 16, 2018 and Oct. 17, 2018, from 1500 block U.S. 72
• Miscellaneous merchandise valued at $189.19 stolen Oct. 1 from 1000 block U.S. 72 East
• Door window and two garage door window panes, total $650, damaged due to a non-residential burglary April 2, 900 block South Clinton Street
• Mattress, Ashley king-size bedroom group, three LG televisions and Ashley sectional, total $2,700.52, reported in theft by fraudulent leasing between Jan. 29 and April 2, 1000 block U.S. 72
