County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Nathan Henry Rodriguez, 29, of 409 Skyview Drive, Apt. 4, Athens, probation violation on previous conviction for second-degree possession of marijuana

• Tony Dewayne Glover, 36, of 2058 Kimzy Carr Road, Athens, first-degree receiving stolen vehicle and third-degree burglary

• John Wesley William Patterson, 34, of 490 Kelly Creek Road, Ardmore, Tennessee, first-degree receiving stolen vehicle and third-degree burglary

• Bobby Dickens Chaffin Jr., 61, of 281 Cedar Ridge Estates, Russellville, probation violation on previous conviction for driving under the influence of alcohol

• Anthony Prescott Malone, 52, of 1213 Somerest Drive, Athens, bond revoked on previous charge of fourth-degree theft

• Monica Eyvone Smith, 34, of 33374 Alabama 99, Anderson, third-degree domestic violence – harassment

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Tuesday:

• ELKMONT — Briggs & Stratton lawn mower engine and battery cover, total $250, stolen between March 5 and 9, 20000 block Easter Ferry Road

• MADISON — .30-06 rifle valued at $300 stolen between Nov. 2, 2018, and Feb. 25, 12000 block Burgreen Road

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrest Tuesday:

• Marcus Level Gilbert, 47, of 109 Hickory St., Athens, domestic violence – strangulation/suffocation and third-degree domestic violence – assault

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported no thefts or incidents Tuesday.
