A True Volunteer

Athens High School defensive lineman Ethan Rinke hugs Golden Eagles coach Cody Gross after signing to play with the University of Tennessee Wednesday. Rinke turned down scholarship offers at smaller schools to be a preferred walk-on at Tennessee, with the opportunity to earn a scholarship after one year. Rinke is expected to transition to outside linebacker with the Volunteers.
