The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Monday:
• Rhett Weston Hinkle, 26, of 5591 Lauderdale County Road 52, Anderson, probation violation on previous conviction of second-degree possession of a forged instrument
• Joshua Lance Johnson, 32, of 22779 Hays Mill Road, Elkmont, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)
• Emily Tanner Robison, 41, of 27053 Putman Circle, Elkmont, public intoxication
• Pedro Gomez, 34, of 1200 N. Jefferson St., Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment) and hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement
• Laurie Jones McGuire, 43, of 21075 Broadwater Drive, Athens, bond revocation on previous charge of first-degree theft by deception (swindle)
• Zachary Lanier Patton, 39, of 508 Welch Drive, Athens, grand jury indictment for third-degree domestic violence (felony)
• Anthony Dewayne Peterson, 21, of 811 Seventh Ave., Decatur, reckless endangerment

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts or incidents Monday:
• MADISON — Black utility trailer valued at $22,000 stolen between Dec. 6 and 7, 10000 block County Line Road
• MADISON — Toshiba computer valued at $300, Sony computer valued at $400, NexBox DVD player valued at $30, Bulova watch valued at $800, Timberland shoe valued at $200, Peavey Raptor guitar valued at $350 stolen Dec. 7, 28000 block Powell Road
• ATHENS — Unauthorized use of a maroon 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe of unknown value Dec. 8, 17000 block Jeffery Street
• ATHENS — Car tag of unknown value stolen Dec. 6, 12000 block U.S. 72
• ATHENS — Blue 2008 Polaris STR110 valued at $1,490 stolen Dec. 9, 17000 block Malone Road
• ATHENS — Dollar General kids gloves valued at $3, sleep pants valued at $10, perfume and knife set valued at $10, Finish Touch hair removal kit valued at $20, Uniden cassette adaptor valued at $6.25, Cold Wrap bandana valued at $3 and Dollar General aluminum foil valued at $1.75 stolen Dec. 9, 19000 block Alabama 99

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Monday:

• Jerry Neal Gulley, 49, of 19054 Airfield St., Athens, possession of controlled substances, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia
• Jackie Eric Poteet, 46, of 333 Swinney Drive, Dalton, Georgia, possession of forged instrument
• Thomas Dewayne Gladden, 52, of 703 N. Madison St., Athens, possession of drug paraphernalia
• Kimberly Faye Bolton Hooie, 58, of 16320 Alabama 251, Athens, third-degree theft of property

• Small silver cat trap valued at $100 stolen Dec. 7, 200 block Cloverleaf Drive
• 16-foot red utility trailer valued at $25 stolen between Nov. 30 and Dec. 5, 17000 block Market Street West
• Tan wallet with stamp pictures valued at $14 and cash valued at $100 stolen Dec. 7, 1000 block Jefferson Street South
• Antique hand plow valued at $100, antique clock with hand-painted face valued at $300 and antique clock valued at $300 stolen between Dec. 7 and 8, 18000 block Jefferson Street
• U.S. currency valued $65 stolen from a vehicle Dec. 8, Mapco on Jefferson Street
• Crystal hot sauce valued at $1, Texas Pete hot sauce valued at $1.25, cat mouse toy valued at $10, Great Scent Sugar Plum candle valued at $10 and two green metal trees valued at $6 stolen Dec. 8, Dollar General on Pike Road
