The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrest Thursday and Friday:
• Vincent Pinedo Arteaga Jr., 40, of 12937 Elk River Mills Road, Elkmont, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)
• Charles Emerson McFarland, 41, of 23146 Porter Road, Elkmont, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)
• Marcus Dylan Powers, 24, of 18947 Sewell Road, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)
• Clinton Harold Dugger, 36, of 26528 Bethel Road, Elkmont, failure to stop at stop sign, DUI (controlled substances), carrying concealed weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia
• Steven Rodriguez, 49, of 21429 Easter Ferry Road, Elkmont, Alabama State Troopers arrest on charge of DUI (alcohol)
• Kenneth Hershel Thornton, 37, of 32176 Alabama 99, Anderson, domestic violence by strangulation or suffocation
• Jesse Duane Wasserburger II, 22, of 15586 Shaw Road, Athens, fourth-degree theft
• Leeann Woods, 50, of 2352 Nicholson Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio, probation violation on previous conviction of possession of a controlled substance
• Pierre Jamal Yarbrough, 27, of 17093 Cox Road, Athens, possession of a controlled substance

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported no thefts or incidents Thursday or Friday.
City arrests
The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Thursday:
• April Shea Dollar, 25, of 12270 Quinn Road, Athens, chemical endangerment of a child
• Brian Ross McFarland, 31, of 15275 Clodessa Drive, Athens, unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle
• William Cole King, 20, of 18179 Red Tail St., Athens, arrest for other agency
• Charles Michael Brewer, 45, of 217 Cedar Lake Road SW, Decatur, arrest for other agency
• Jordan Matthew Gordon, 27, of 110 N. Thomas St., Athens, third-degree criminal mischief, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts or incidents Thursday:
• Damage of unknown value to a Honda Civic, Nov. 21, 300 block McClellan Street East
• iPhone 10S valued at $999.99 and Social Security number of no value stolen Nov. 20, 16000 block Oakdale Road
• Dremel engraver valued at $24.98 stolen Nov. 21, 1100 block U.S. 72 East
• Tree stand valued at $375 stolen during a vehicle break-in Nov. 20, 100 block U.S. 72 East
• Marijuana container of no value stolen Nov. 21, 1100 block Jefferson Street South
• Miscellaneous hunting clothes valued at $500, Diamondback Vortex Scope DBK 03 BDC valued at $300, CVA muzzle loader valued at $1,500, Remington 700 .308-caliber valued at $1,300 and Browning Micro Medallion .223-caliber valued at $500 stolen Nov. 21 during a vehicle break-in, 17000 block Clearview Street
• Military CAC card of no value, two Visa credit cards of no value, Visa debit card of no value and Alabama drivers license of no value stolen Nov. 19 during vehicle break-in involving a Ford Escape, 15000 block Kings Drive
• Smith and Wesson 9 mm pistol valued at $300 stolen Aug. 15, 400 block Hargrove Street
• Miscellaneous auto parts and labor valued at $1,400 and white 2004 Ford F-150 Crew Cab valued at $9,000 stolen Nov. 15, 100 block U.S. 72 East
• Money valued at $1,500 stolen Nov. 21, 1000 block U.S. 72 East
• Attempt to pass a forged check in the amount of $996.48 on Nov. 19, 1200 Hine Street South
