County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Thursday:

• Ashley Michelle Arteaga, 22, of 23586 W. Hidalgo Ave., Buckeye, Arizona, third-degree theft

• Marcus Cliff Bridgeforth, 50, of 217 Cedar Lake Road, Decatur, negotiating with a non-negotiable worthless instrument

• Julie Marie Weber, 41, of 25311 Castlebury Drive, Athens, public intoxication

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts or incidents Thursday:

• ATHENS — Memory foam mattress valued at $300, Paula Deen dishes valued at $300, 38-inch TruFlat TV valued at $25, HP printer valued at $100, clothes valued at $500 and 25 purses valued at $3,000 stolen Oct. 17, 15000 block McCormick Lane

• ATHENS — Craftsman tiller, 26-gallon air compressor, 6-gallon air compressor, nail gun, nailer, chop saw, Troybilt weed eater, Black & Decker table saw, Quantum table saw, pressure washer, air hoses, Craftsman two-drawer toolbox, red gas can, air staple gun, two 12-volt batteries, two Kobalt socket sets, Milwaukee power tools, Stanley open-end wrenches, freon detector, crescent and socket set and Pittsburgh tool set, total value unknown, stolen between Oct. 16 and 17 during two vehicle break-ins and a burglary, 14000 block Elk River Mills Road

• ATHENS — Washing machine valued at $200 and dryer valued at $200 stolen between Oct. 9 and 17, 18000 block East Limestone Road

City arrests/thefts

The Athens Police Department reported no new arrests or thefts Thursday.
