Emergency crews are responding to the scene of an accident in the inside lane of I-65 North just south of mile marker 350.

At least one person has been transported by ambulance to an area hospital for treatment. Multiple vehicles are involved in the accident, which spans across about one-eighth of a mile, according to emergency radio reports.
