Calhoun Community College is hosting a meet-and-greet event this evening with Bocar US, a leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive supplier.

The event will be held in the Aerospace Training Center on the college’s Decatur campus. Registration begins at 5 p.m. with the program following at 5:30.

Bocar is a manufacturer of high-quality, die-casted aluminum and machined precision parts for automotive applications and is coming to Huntsville. The $115M+ investment is expected to bring approximately 300 jobs to the north Alabama region.

According to Kelli Morris, director of career services and cooperative learning at Calhoun, attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about current and future employment opportunities with Bocar as well as meet with company representatives. Participants are encouraged to bring copies of their updated resume.
