The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Wednesday:

• Steven Leon Bivens, 49, of 18129 Hightower Road, Tanner, possession of a controlled substance (bond revocation, probation violation)

• Judith Renee Burgess, 50, of 17401 Morris Road, Elkmont, driving under the influence of alcohol (warrant)

• Telly Savalas Jacobs, 42, of 18996 Townsend Ford Road, Athens, third-degree domestic violence – assault

• Kerry Amber Lowery, 46, of 18996 Townsend Ford Road, Athens, third-degree domestic violence – assault

• Jamie Darlene McCary, 39, of 101 Woodridge Drive, Athens, fourth-degree theft of property

• Timothy Aaron McCary, 39, of 156 Sanderson Lane, Courtland, fourth-degree theft of property

• Kaythren Joyce Ann Stutts, 30, of 16581 Parker Road, Athens, two counts distribution of a controlled substance, using false identity to obstruct justice, unauthorized use of a vehicle and fourth-degree theft of property (bond revocation, probation violation, warrant)

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts and incidents Wednesday:

• ANDERSON — Bushel basket, two Santa Claus dolls, disco light, wicker chair, blue platter, three dishes and metal shelf, total $200, stolen Aug. 28, 33000 block Alabama 99

• ATHENS — Gasoline valued at $40.11 stolen Aug. 28, 21000 block Elkton Road

• ATHENS — Dewalt saw with stand, circular saw, jigsaw, drill bit set, driver bit set and leaf blower; Kobalt screw set and socket set; Craftsman tool cabinet; Black & Decker belt sander; drill and impact set; torque wrench; finishing hammer; framing hammer; sledge hammer, Arch Centerfold ramp, Char Grill grill; Troybilt push mower; trimmer; and Husqvarna chainsaw, total $3,942, stolen between Aug. 1 and 27, 17000 block Brownsferry Road

• TANNER — LG Stylus cellphone valued at $600 stolen Aug. 28, 19000 block Houston Lane

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Wednesday:

• Sterling silver layered necklace with matching earrings valued at $200 plus $10 in cash stolen Aug. 27, 1000 block Jackson Drive

• PlayStation 4 and HIT 140C301 television set, total $1,057, stolen Aug. 28, 1200 block Audubon Lane
