Devotees at the Hindu Culture Center of North Alabama participate in Ratha Yatra, or Chariot Festival, Sunday, July 15. More than 200 devotees participated in the event, which commemorates Sri Jagannath’s travel to Gundicha Mandir, or the old temple, by means of a chariot pulled by devotees. HCCNA will host Bahuda Yatra, or the return of Jagannath to the temple on Vishnu Way in Harvest, on Sunday, July 22.
