The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office and Athens Police Department reported the following arrests and thefts. Some arrests may be previously reported, probation or bond revocations, or part of a grand jury indictment:
County arrests
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Thursday:
• Joseph Ezra Barnes, 23, of 24500 Barnes Road, Ardmore, third-degree domestic violence (harassment) and third-degree criminal mischief (arson vehicle) first
• Sushil Khatiwada, 22, of 208 Southwind Drive, Athens, public intoxication
• Richard Keith Lambruschi, 38, of 27400 Bridle Tree Lane , Harvest, fourth-degree theft
• Emily Marie Pettus, 123, of 1000 Sanderfer Road, Athens, grand jury indictment on chemical endangerment of a child
• Rachel Ann Saxon, 33, of 14824 Grubbs Road, Athens, first-degree theft
• Stephen Wayne Seay, 33, of 817 Hayden Drive, Clarksville, Tennessee, third-degree domestic violence – assault (warrant)
• Joseph Dale Slaton, 37, of 14667 Section Line Road, Elkmont, grand jury indictment for distribution of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), two counts possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia (first offense) and carrying a concealed weapon (illegal gun)
• Daniel Earl Black, 33, of 980 W Goguac St., Battle Creek, Michigan, driving under the influence (controlled substances)
• Montereous Lamar Collier, 33, of 674 Berkley Road, Gurley, third-degree theft (warrant)
• Lisa Darlene Miller, 53, of 26710 Elk St., Ardmore, Tennessee, possession of a controlled substance
• Rodney Oneal Watkins, 42, of 1103 Bristol St., Athens, grand jury indictment on drug trafficking, two counts possession of a controlled substance (dangerous drugs), first-degree possession of a forged instrument and possession of drug paraphernalia (first offense)
County thefts
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Thursday:
• ARDMORE — 2015 black Ford F150, 2018 black utility trailer and Springfield .45 caliber pistol, total $57,600, stolen April 22, 30000 block Alabama 53
• ATHENS — Assorted T-shirts, $260, stolen April 25, 14000 block U.S. 72
• ATHENS — Kobalt miter saw, Dewalt router, edger and belt sander, Bosch palm sander, Harbor Freight router, Paslode framing nail gun and Gibson guitar, total $1,480, stolen during burglary April 24 or 25, 22000 block Smith Road
• ATHENS — Android charger valued at $30 stolen during vehicle break-in April 24 and 25, 18000 block Bill Black Road
City arrests/thefts
The Athens Police Department reported no arrests or thefts Thursday.
