Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests from Monday and Tuesday:
• Dennis Bryant Springer, 50, of 18914 Townsend Ford Road, Athens, probation violation on previous conviction for second-degree theft
• Mystery Nicole Sumners, 23, of 1285 E. College St., Pulaski, Tennessee, one count each of second- and third-degree theft and bond revoked on previous charge of fourth-degree theft
• Randy Whitsett Vincent, 62, of 650 E. Jefferson St., Pulaski, Tennessee, driving under the influence (alcohol)
• Cecil Robert Elders, 54, of 1205 Tower St., Athens, probation violation on previous conviction for second-degree theft
• Cassondra Gayle Ritchie, 27, homeless, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Wednesday:
• ATHENS — Microwave valued at $100 stolen March 17, 22000 block Piney Chapel Road
• ATHENS — Harrington & Richardson Sportsman .22-caliber pistol valued at $300 stolen between Jan. 22 and March 20, 18000 block Sunrise Street
• ATHENS — Porcelain figurines valued at $300 stolen during burglary March 19 or 20, 13000 block Blackburn Road
City arrests
Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Wednesday:
• Brian Ross McFarland, 30, of 15275 Clodessa Drive, Athens, two counts of third-degree criminal trespass
• Justin Michael Albaugh, 23, of 606 U.S. 31, Athens, possession of drug paraphernalia
City thefts
Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Wednesday:
• $40 in cash stolen March 20, Walmart at 1011 U.S. 72 East
• Sylvania speaker, seven pairs of size 12 Nike Michael Jordan shoes, black and gold Taurus 45 mm handgun, three pairs of size 11.5 Nike Michael Jordan shoes, Sony PlayStation 4, and Phillips 55-inch flatscreen television, total $3,700, stolen during burglary March 20, 200 block Mill Street
