• Monday: Orange juice, Brunswick stew, buttered rice, butter beans, saltine crackers, margarine, fudge, milk.

• Tuesday: Sliced turkey/gravy, whipped sweet potatoes, okra and tomatoes, mandarin oranges with pineapple, wheat bread, fig bar, milk.

• Wednesday: Blended juice, vegetable plate, macaroni and cheese, black-eyed peas, collard greens, cornbread, pecan spin, milk/buttermilk.

• Thursday: Chopped steak with gravy, whipped potatoes, glazed carrots, fresh fruit, wheat bread, lime gelatin, milk.

• Friday: Cranberry juice, mesquite chicken, two drumsticks, mixed beans, green beans with red peppers, Texas toast, chocolate cake with whipped topping, milk.
