The Tanner boys soccer team is pouring in the goals, and it has resulted in a good start to their season.

After defeating Clements 10-0 last week in their season opener, the Rattlers tied East Limestone 2-2 Monday before defeating Elkmont 5-1 Tuesday.

David Pizano and Gonzalo Rubio scored the goals in Monday’s tie, while Pizano had three more goals in Tuesday’s game against Elkmont. Eduardo Beltran and Samuel Hines also scored goals against the Red Devils, while Carlos Martinez, Hines and Sergio Mendoza had one assist each.

Pizano has scored nine goals for the Rattlers this season in just three games. Tanner continues its season today at West Morgan.
