First-responders are en route to a four-car crash with a confirmed fatality on U.S. 72 East near the intersection of Seven Mile Post Road.

Medflight has also been dispatched to the scene. Crews are reporting a “total road blockage” in the eastbound lanes.

Drivers should avoid the area as rescue crews work the scene.
