During December and January, lights at the top of transmission structures will be replaced with solar lights, new aviation marker balls will be installed and transmission structure bases will be inspected.

Work will be Monday-Friday during daylight hours.

Watercraft operators should avoid the area or take extra precautions. Everyone in the area should heed warnings of the safety patrol boats and personnel that will be on patrol in the area. Marine channels 13, 16 and 81 will be monitored by the safety boats.
