Orr provides funds for bicentennial

- Senator Arthur Orr, R-Decatur, right, presents a $2,500 TVA-in-lieu-of-tax appropriation to the city of Athens for use in upcoming bicentennial celebrations. Accepting the donation was Holly Hollman, grant coordinator and communications specialist for the city of Athens. Limestone County and the town of Mooresville also received appropriations in the amounts of $5,000 and $2,500, respectively.
