• Russell Lynn Housman, 43, of 12408 Vanzille Lane, Athens, possession of a controlled substance

• Scottie Lee Posey, 46, of 727 Mountain Gap Road SE, Huntsville, first-degree receiving stolen property

• Renardo Reshard Franklin, 30, of 904 Beech St., Athens, public intoxication

• Tara Heather Young, 42, of 22152 Pepper Road, Athens, DUI (alcohol)

• Jason Wayne Anderson, 36, of 1703 Pine St., Athens, DUI (alcohol)

• Malik Khaliph Marshall, 22, of 14025 S. Torrence Ave., Burnham, Illinois, five counts of third-degree possession of a forged instrument

• Darianna Chayon Nesbitt, 20, of 601 E. 152nd St., Dolton, Illinois, five counts of third-degree possession of a forged instrument

• ATHENS — Dewalt drill valued at $140 stolen Oct. 18, unknown block Pamela Drive

• ATHENS — Personal documents and $25 bond stolen Oct. 14, 14000 block Mooresville Road

• ATHENS — Unauthorized use of white 1998 Jeep Laredo of unknown value Oct. 15, 17000 block South Clearview Street

• ELKMONT — Antique Texaco sign valued at $250 stolen Oct. 18, 26000 block Upper Elkton Road

• ATHENS — Samsung 60-inch TV, Mossberg 12-gauge shotgun and U.S. currency, total value $900, stolen Oct. 19, 21000 block Ashley Brook Way

• ATHENS — Goodman HVAC unit valued at $200 stolen between Oct. 17 and 20, 9800 block James Drive

• ATHENS — Two TVs, dinner table, three recliners, two bedroom suites and one chest of drawers, total value $4,750, stolen between Jan. 1, 2015, and Oct. 20, 2017, 20000 block Tillman Mill Road

• MADISON — Sandstone 2014 Polaris Sportsman valued at $15,106.83 stolen between Oct. 20 and 21, 9200 block Segars Road

• MADISON — Coleman motor, Troybilt pressure washer and gas tanks, total value $1,526.90, stolen Oct. 19, 13000 block Burgreen Road

• ATHENS — Washing machine and dryer valued at $250 stolen between Oct. 20 and 21, 9900 block U.S. 72

• ELKMONT — Sony TV, Insignia TV, DVD player, jewelry, clothes and boots, total value $2,150, stolen between Oct. 18 and 21, 25000 block Elkton Road

• ELKMONT — Cane sword valued at $72.90 stolen between Oct. 2 and 20, 16000 block Witty Mill Road

• ATHENS — Alabama license plate valued at $73.82 stolen Oct. 21, 25000 block Kingston Drive

Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Monday:

• Anthony Prescott Malone, 51, of Swan Creek Apartment 709, Athens, harassment and third-degree criminal trespass

• Montez Devon Robertson, 23, of 1609 Douthit St. SW, Decatur, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a controlled substance

• Samuel Antonio Hargrove, 23, of 505 Acorn Hill Circle, Athens, arrest for another agency (Decatur Police Department)
