Matt and Teri-Beth Mordecai of Athens announce the birth of their son Oliver Ryan Mordecai. He was born Sept. 16, 2017, at Madison Hospital and weighed 6 pounds. He is the grandson of Terry and Teresa Thompson of Waynesboro, Tennessee, and Tony and Pam Mordecai of Kennedy, Alabama. His great-grandparents are Shirley Morrow of Waynesboro, Tennessee, Bobbie Johnson of Kennedy and Margarette Mordecai of Millport.
