County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Thursday:

• Jessica Ann Burgess, 34, of 16313 Miller St., Athens, two counts negotiating with non-negotiable instrument

• Stephen Dewayne Harbin, 38, of 27652 Saddle Trail, Toney, bond revoked on previous charges of carry concealed weapon, second-degree possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts possession of controlled substance

• Ryan Nicholas Mooneyham, 33, of 11212 Morris Drive, Madison, third-degree burglary

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Thursday:

• ATHENS — Alabama license plate valued at $81.25, stolen between Oct. 3 and 4, 20000 block Elkton Road

• ATHENS — 42-inch TV and 35 country CDs, total value $725, stolen between May 1 and Oct. 4, 21000 block Piney Chapel Road

• ATHENS — Checkbook of unknown value, stolen Sept. 26 and Oct. 3, 25000 block Caldera Drive

• MADISON — USAA check of unknown value, stolen between Oct. 3 and 4, 25000 block Fieldstone Drive

• ATHENS — Metal tractor seat valued at $35, stolen between Sept. 22 and Oct. 4, 20000 block Myers Road

• ATHENS — Direct Express debit card and medications, total value $845, stolen Oct. 3, 9100 block U.S. 72

• ATHENS — U.S. currency and sports cards, total value $3,784, stolen Oct. 4, 16000 block Buckskin Drive

Athens Police Department reported no new arrests Thursday.

City thefts

Athens Police Department reported the following thefts or incidents Thursday:

• Osborne’s Jewelers .15 carat white gold engagement ring valued at $7,200, stolen between Sept. 23 and Oct. 5, 15000 block Kings Drive
