County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following theft Thursday:

• ELKMONT — Alabama license plate valued at $37, stolen between Sept. 19 and 20, 16000 block Fort Hampton Road

City arrests

Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Thursday:

• Amber Renee Reece, 25, of 16670 Fort Hampton Road, Elkmont, theft of property

• Amanda Gayle Sullivan, 35, of 21930 Hickory Hill Lane, Athens, public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia

City thefts

Athens Police Department reported the following thefts or incidents Thursday:

• Unauthorized use of a Cadillac Deville valued at $8,000, Sept. 21, 1900 block Cain Drive

• Ten 10-inch carbon-tipped saw blades, miter saw, Makita drill and Black and Decker drill, total value $1,365, stolen between Sept. 20 and 21, 15000 block Sweetland Road

• Sunglasses, two chokers, casual watch, men’s watch, earrings and necklace, total value $47.10, stolen Sept. 21, 1000 block U.S. 72 East

• Craftsman socket set, Stihl chain saw, two ECHO backpack leaf blowers and Stihl chain saw, total value $1,100, stolen between Sept. 20 and 21, 100 block Yorkshire Drive
