The Sons of the American Revolution Color Guard, Tennessee Valley chapter, march onstage to present colors at the joint celebration of Constitution Day at Athens State University’s McCandless Hall. The Sept. 18 event was part of Constitution Week, held Sept. 17-23 to commemorate the signing of the U.S. Constitution.
