A winner who elects to take the cash option would receive about $443.3 million, which would be enough to cover the cost of America’s most expensive listing — the Bel-Air, California, estate featured in the credits of “The Beverly Hillbillies.” The 25,000-square-foot mansion is on the market for a paltry $350 million.
