State Sen. Bill Holtzclaw announces he will seek congressional seat

State Sen Bill Holtzclaw just announced he will run for the 5th congressional district seat currently held by U.S. Rep. Mo Brooks, R-5th.
Holtzclaw made the announcement at Madison City Hall.
