Athens man facing 4 counts porn possession

An unemployed Athens man has been charged with four counts of possession of child pornography, records show.

William Blake Ford, 43, of 16595 Becky St., was arrested Wednesday and released Thursday from the Limestone County Jail after posting bail of $20,000, jail records show.

He is accused of knowingly possessing a visual depiction of prepubescent nude females engaged in sexually explicit poses on or about Jan. 10, according to the compliant filed in Limestone County District Court.

Officers Brittany Roberts and Thomas Scharf with the Alabama Bureau of Investigation made the arrest.
