County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Wednesday. Some arrests may be previously reported, probation or bond revocations, or part of a grand jury indictment:

• Chadrick O’Neal Allen, 35, of 10972 Griffith Road, Tanner, distribution of a controlled substance

• Lauren Hilarie Isom, 29, of 23606 U.S. 72 East, Athens, second-degree possession of marijuana

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Wednesday:

• ATHENS — External hard drive, brown leather hat and set of handcuffs, total $215, stolen June 20 from 13000 block Nicole Way

• MADISON — Hewlett-Packard laptop and Samsung cellphone, total $840, stolen June 20 from 25000 block Newby Road

The Athens Police Department reported no new arrests Wednesday.

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts or incidents Wednesday:

• License plate No. 44CG112 valued at $10 stolen between June 7 and 20 from 200 block Cloverleaf Drive

• Ruger 9E semiautomatic 9mm pistol and green leather holster, total $490, stolen between June 20 and 21 from 22000 block Indian Trace

• Black Verizon Apple iPhone 7S Plus and blue phone case, total $1,300, stolen June 21 from 800 block U.S. 72 West
