The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Monday. Some arrests may be previously reported, probation or bond revocations, or part of a grand jury indictment:
• Nathan Craig Adams, 31, of 20571 Todd Circle, Athens, driving with a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance
• Michael Shane Butler, 43, of 19632 Piney Chapel Road, Athens, five counts contempt of court
• Eric Dewayne Clark, 37, of 24799 Hobbs Loop, Ardmore, second-degree theft by deception (swindle), negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument, three counts of third-degree forgery
• Laura Renee Clemons, 32, of 27495 Cedar Hill Road, Ardmore, three counts negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia
• Jessy Leigh Elders, 25, of 18414 Alabama 99, Elkmont, DUI (controlled substances)
• Keith Alan Fraze, 28, of 16050 American Way, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (assault)
• Donald Eugene Greenhaw, 52, of 21701 Thomas Road, Elkmont, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia
• Jerry Neal Gulley, 47, of 19054 Airfield St., Athens, second-degree possession of marijuana
• Stephen Dewayne Harbin, 37, of 27652 Saddle Trail, Toney, three counts possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia

• Nathan Gene Harville, 23, of 13295 New Cut Road, Athens, second-degree burglary, third-degree domestic violence (harassment), destruction of property by prisoner and third-degree criminal mischief
• Heather Nicole Hastings, 31, of 29889 Second Ave. South, Ardmore, failure to make child attend school and possession of drug paraphernalia
• Randy John Heinen, 55, of 606 U.S. 31 South, Athens, first-degree manufacture of a controlled substance, two counts possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia
• Marcia Lee Hughes, 35, of 20636 Looney Road, Athens, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and using a false identity to obstruct justice
• Angel Vega Leon, 19, 10420 U.S. 31, Tanner, third-degree domestic violence
• Samuel Roy Morris, 61, of 1505 Calvin Private Drive, first-degree possession of a forged instrument
• Texas Brent Perry, 47, of 18002 Elk Estates Road, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (assault)

County thefts
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Monday:
• ATHENS — 14-foot Old Town red canoe, Pelican Angler yellow and white kayak, Charbroil grill and smoker and red hand truck, total $1,750, stolen May 12 from 27000 block South Road
• ATHENS — 6-foot level, Makita drill and Craftsman drill, total $189, stolen between April 21 and May 13 from 20000 block Alabama 251
• ATHENS — Gray safe valued at $425, $100,000 in currency and $20,000 in rings stolen between May 11 and 13 from 25000 block Copeland Road
• ATHENS — Copper wire valued at $300 stolen May 13 from 15000 block Zehner Road
• ELKMONT — Crystal glassware, set of China, 1950s comic books, three stacks of tools, wood bookcase, cast-iron Dutch oven, red circular saw and red utility trailer, total $8,800, stolen May 12 from 27000 block Pettusville Road
• HARVEST — Brown wallet and contents valued at $65 stolen May 12 from 1500 block Old Railroad Bed Road
• TANNER — Two 2010 Kubota lawnmowers valued at $2800 stolen between April 25 and May 5 from 7800 block U.S. 31

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Monday:
• Spencer Charles Alred, 33, of 15464 Lucas Ferry Road, Athens, driving under the influence (alcohol)
• Derricke Quintez Caldwell, 38, of 1303 Montreat Drive, Athens, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and third-degree domestic violence (arrest for Limestone County Sheriff’s Office)
• Laura Renee Hines, 32, of 27495 Cedar Hill Road, Ardmore, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia (arrest for Limestone County Sheriff’s Office)
• Camree Rashawn Jones, 19, of 706 Jackson Drive, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)
• Cedrick Levon Malone, 36, of 2028 S. Lindsay Lane, Athens, possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and possession of drug paraphernalia
• Domingo Castro Matais, 18, of 206 Sunset Drive, Athens, DUI (alcohol) and hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement
• Jessica Robinson Pilkerton, 31, of 21825 Silver Oaks Circle, Athens, DUI (controlled substance)

City thefts
The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts and incidents Monday:
• Thirteen Stihl chainsaws and tool storage door, total $1,200, stolen or damaged in 1300 block U.S. 72 East during vehicle break-in between May 12 and 15
• Mailbox sustained $75 damage due to criminal mischief May 12 in 18000 block Yarbrough Road
• Amp, Spider Wrap alarm and P MAX 4DI sonar, total $296, shoplifted May 12 from Wal-Mart at 1011 U.S. 72 East
• Ten six packs of Red Bull beverage valued at $163 stolen May 13 from 101 U.S. 31 North
• Roof in 100 block South Jefferson Street sustained undetermined damage due to spray painting May 13
• Driver’s-side mirror and two windows sustained $650 damage during vehicle break-in May 13 in 100 block Scotland Drive
• $300 cash stolen during vehicle break-in May 13 or 14 in 22000 block U.S. 72 East
• $540 in cash stolen May 14 from 100 block U.S. 31 South
• Two bags of clothing valued at $200 stolen May 15 from 16000 block Becky Street
