The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Tuesday. Some arrests may be previously reported, probation or bond revocations, or part of a grand jury indictment:

• Kenneth David Barnett, 49, of 15110 New Cut Road, Athens, driving while license suspended, operating a vehicle without insurance and switched tag

• David Earl Freeman, 51, of 15586 Shaw Road, Athens, negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument

• Phillip Woodrow Haggenmaker, 43, of 10717 Poplar Point Road, Athens, possession of a controlled substance

• Martin Lux Juarez, 22, of 1213 Wheeler St., Athens, driving under the influence and hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement

• Lisa Rene Keeton, 33, of 20574 Todd Circle, Athens, third-degree theft

• Jamie Marie Liebe, 37, of 1101 U.S. 31 South, Athens, third-degree criminal trespass, fourth-degree theft, two counts driving while license suspended, and operating with expired tag

• Heather Ann McGill, 32, of 15 Sparkman Ave., Moulton, public intoxication

• Joshua James Montgomery, 29, of 22094 Compton Road, Athens, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia

• Alexis Lauren Petty, 18, of 3526 U.S. 31 South, Decatur, public intoxication

• John Christopher Smith, 40, of 606 U.S. 31, Athens, third-degree theft by deception

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Tuesday:

• ATHENS — $25 in cash stolen during burglary May 8 in 24000 block Black Road

• ATHENS — 28 chickens, metal cage and hen box, total $205, stolen during burglary May 8 in 17000 block Sewell Road

• ATHENS — .410-gauge shotgun of undetermined value stolen May 8 from 14000 block Chris Way

City arrests/thefts

The Athens Police Department reported no arrests or thefts Tuesday.
