After reading last Saturday’s edition of The News Courier, it dawned on me what is happening in Limestone County. Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus has gone out of business, and the Limestone County Commission and the Limestone County Water & Sewer Authority have combined to continue the “Greatest Circus on Earth.” At least the clown acts are improved.
