County arrests
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Friday. Some arrests may be previously reported, probation or bond revocations or part of a grand jury indictment:
• Christina Latasha Andrews, 26, of 27708 Saddle Trail, Toney, chemical endangerment of a child
• Charity Torshae Humphrey, 30, of 4422 Bonnell Drive, Huntsville, second-degree possession of a forged instrument
• Luis Alfredo Lopez, 34, of 11567 Stewart Road, Tanner, third-degree burglary
• Dylan Randall Martin, 24, of 27838 Lambert Road, Elkmont, two counts second-degree theft, two counts third-degree burglary and one count third-degree theft
• Lachriston Tenille Mayberry, 22, of 15620 Mayberry Drive, Athens, third-degree assault
• Angela Diane McCurry, 42, of 14736 U.S. 72 West, Athens, public intoxication
• Dustin Chad Montgomery, 35, of 23525 Slate Road, Elkmont, harassment and attempting to elude law enforcement
• Brandy Michelle Stanford, 35, of 30563 Lester Road, Lester, third-degree criminal trespass and failure to make child attend school
• Jackie Lynn Watkins, 55, of 20636 Looney Road, Athens, first-degree burglary
County thefts
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Friday:
• ATHENS — 2003 silver Volkswagen Jetta in 16000 block Zehner Road used without authorization April 12 and 13
• ATHENS — $5,000 stolen from York Lane, no block listed, between Feb. 1 and April 13
• MADISON — Check of undetermined value stolen from 29000 block U.S. 72 between April 7 and 13
• ELKMONT — Five Rhode Island Red chickens valued at $125 stolen from 23000 block Porter Road during burglary April 13
• ATHENS — Push lawnmower valued at $25 stolen from 25000 block Copeland Road April 13
• ATHENS — Ruger Mark II .22-caliber pistol, Smith & Wesson .32-caliber revolver and cash, undetermined value, stolen from 17000 block Mooresville Road during burglary April 13
• ATHENS — Two Craftsman push mowers and toolbox with tools, Black & Decker table saw, band saw, jig saw, rotary saw and Snap-on toolbox and tools, total $5,300 stolen from 20000 block Lasso Circle during burglary April 13
City arrests
The Athens Police Department reported the following arrest Friday:
• Robert Jay McKellar, 27, of 17916 W. Market St., Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment) and third-degree domestic violence (criminal mischief)
City thefts
The Athens Police Department reported the following incident Friday:
• Flower pots and yard equipment sustained $100 in damage due to criminal mischief April 13 in 7000 block West Market Street
