An Athens man has been charged with shooting into a vehicle occupied by two people in early April, an official said.
Kyle Andre House, 27, of 1505 Coleman Ave., was arrested Monday by Athens Police Sgt. Brett Constable on a charge of shooting into an occupied vehicle.
On April 7, police had received a report that House had fired into a vehicle occupied by two acquaintances at the intersection of 12th Street and Highland Avenue, Police Chief Floyd Johnson said.
No one was injured.
House was booked at the Police Department and transferred to the Limestone County Jail, where bail is set at $5,000 on the felony charge.
