County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Friday. Some arrests may be previously reported, probation or bond revocations or part of a grand jury indictment:

• Larry Elwood Kelley, 44, of 343 Alf Harris Road, Prospect, Tennessee, possession of a controlled substance and not in possession of a driver’s license

• Guarionex Lopez, 33, of 6501 Woods Lane, Huntsville, sexual abuse of a child under age 12

• Cassandra Denise McCullough, 47, of 107 Hickory St., Athens, third-degree criminal mischief

• Michael Christian Stoltzfus, 29, of 1400 Executive Drive, Huntsville, two counts of fourth-degree theft

• Felix Winston Stubbs, 28, of 23768 Pepper Farm Lane, Elkmont, third-degree theft and third-degree domestic violence (menacing)

• Christopher Shawn Wallace, 40, of 22501 New Garden Road, Lot 6, Elkmont, unlawful attempt to purchase ephedrine or pseudoephedrine

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Friday:

• ATHENS — Jewelry, value $5,700, stolen March 26 in 18000 block East Limestone Road

• LESTER — Tools, value $295, stolen March 30 at the Sugar Creek school job site

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Friday:

• Lachriston Tenille Mayberry, 22, of 15620 Mayberry Drive, Athens, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia

• Mandi Lynn Miller, 36, of 200 Chestnut St., Athens, two counts of second-degree possession of marijuana and four counts of possession of a controlled substance

• Joshua James Montgomery, 29, of 22094 Compton Road, Athens, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts and incidents Friday:

• Blu smartphone, cellphone case, sim card, LG tablet, tablet case and a cellphone charger, total value $400, taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle on March 30 in 1200 block North Jefferson Street

• Wallet, HiPoint pistol and cellphone, total value $220, stolen March 31 in 800 block North Malone Street

• Criminal mischief to bumper and tag on Chevrolet Silverado, total value $100 between March 30 and 31 in 600 block Sixth Street
